Our company is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to add to our highly collaborative team. You will work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven role to hone in on customers’ needs and find innovative ways to expand the conversation around all subjects our company focuses on.
Human Resources Coordinator
As Human Resources Coordinator, you will work with the HR Manager to help and assist Manage employees and navigate the workflow to comply with the company vision and policy. In addition to making the salary transfers to the employees either monthly or every other week. You will report to and receive commands directly from Company HR and the business operations manager. Duties also include but are not limited to being assigned administrative work and assisting the company executives with any assigned task to ensure the smooth operations of the company.
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Computer skills and good use of the internet.
-Send and receive emails.
-Understand the company principles and policy.
-Communicate with employees and candidates via email, phone, and text.
Salary will be determined by experience.

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree.
•experience in project management.
•Solid project management skills with demonstrated understanding of project management business.
•Must have good written and spoken English language skills. Able to communicate clearly and responsively.
•Excellent command of grammar
•Self-driven and motivated to connect with the team.
•Strong communication skills.
•Experience in client relations, client management, and consulting.
•Willingness to incorporate feedback from the other team members in a workshop or one-on-one setting

•Must be 26 years old or older.
Responsibilities
•Ability to effectively communicate with team members.
•Assist to Manage employee attendance on a daily basis.
•Notify employees about decisions regarding employee leaves.
•Notify employees with salary payments.
•Notify job applicants with updates, request information, accept applications, and reject applications.
• Must have a competent computer and access to fast internet.
•Finishing all tasks on time and as directed.
•Monitor Social Media accounts and follow up with clients if assigned.
•Conducting research and creating reports if assigned.
•You will be responsible for communicating the harmony between team members and HR and Business Operations Manager.
•Duties also include writing email samples to communicate with customers, employees, and other companies.
•Assist in drafting and editing rules and policies.
•Assist writing, proofreading content for the website, and social media use if assigned.
•Work with the HR and business operations manager to archive the frequently asked questions by the employees.
•Assist the company executives as necessary to ensure the smooth operations of the business.
