Qualifications
•1+ years of Receptionist experience in a professional environment; Hospitality or CX background is a bonus

•High EQ and superb interpersonal skills; Take pride in your professionalism and polished communication abilities
Responsibilities
•As an Office Assistant, your team will heavily lean on your expertise and extensive attention to detail to maintain a steady flow of operational support and welcome visitors (online – in-person) with a first-class inspired service.
•Manage phone and chatting system and extend positivity through each conversation
•Understand the company’s online system and assist prospective clients in getting estimated quotes online.
•Receive and make phone calls with clients.
•follow up on project deadlines.
•Communicate project progress to clients.
•Manage Social media and business accounts.
•Assign tasks to other team members.
•Collaborate in workflow tasks as necessary.
•Enthusiastically collaborate when opportunities arise to learn and grow into more responsibilities
Benefits
• This is a part time position paid by hour – 4h/d – 20/w $15 per hour.
• Will receive 10% commotion after completion of each project (Project that requires assistant time out of work hours)
